this spacious (3,500 square feet) house has been decorated and furnished with special TLC to ensure a
high level of comfort and quality. This home is perfect for your family vacation and has enough room to
invite aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. You will love the sun-filled screened lanai with your own
private pool with connecting spa/hot tub! Upstairs you will find two master suites and ensuite bathrooms,
both with king beds. An additional king bedroom and two twin themed rooms (mickey/minnie and
baseball) share the upstairs hall bath. A first floor bedroom with a queen-sized bed is perfect for those
not wanting to climb the stairs. All mattresses have been upgraded to ensure a good night’s sleep.

cable and DVD/VHS recorder. Or you can retire to the living room with a good book or for a quick snooze
and sink into the big comfy couch or oversized chair with ottoman. The house is also equipped with high

garage has been converted to a finished game room containing a pool table, air hockey table, dart board,
27in tv with DVD/VCR and playstation II, and plenty of board games.
For those of you who are traveling with young children, we provide a crib and high chair free of charge.
Imagine coming home after a fun-filled day at Disney and being able to tuck the kids into their own
rooms, while you enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool or a soak in the hot tub with your spouse and/or
friends. No need for the whole family to have “lights out” at 9 p.m. as you would in a hotel room with
young kids. Windsor Hills is within a couple of miles of restaurants, groceries, medical clinics, Walmart,
and a 24 hour pharmacy. And “guys” you can golf right next door at the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf course!
Windsor Hills is a gated resort community with 24 hour security. In addition to your own private pool, you
will have free access to all the amenities at the Windsor Hills clubhouse. These include a huge waterpark
pool with water slide, sundry shop, fitness room, game room, children’s playground, and even a movie
theatre for the kids to enjoy.
We have a local management company who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and
respond to any needs that arise during your stay. The home is equipped with clean linens, towels, phone,
air conditioning, cable, stereo CD player, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, washer/dryer,
etc. Basically, everything you have at home and more! WE REQUEST NO SMOKING AND NO PETS IN THE
